Poor product, too late delivery

We are the customer of gas agency named MAGADH INTERPRISES, address is infroint of kurji math, kurji pul, patna-800010, ph no is 09234150890.my consumer no-705.on date 18-06 we informed the agency for refilling of cylinder. till date 31-07 we don't have the delivery.it is very common problem also the cylinder weight is always 2 to 3 k.g less.the manager behaved very rudely when we reminded him for delivery.he is envolved in blackmarketing of cylinder .even when we go for the cylinder he refused and told that there is no cylinder avialable, come on next day.they randomly give the service of home delivery.we often use to go to the godown.in fromt of the needy consumers he used to give the delivery to the vendors but not to the consumers.the are involved in refilling of samall cylinder from the one big cylinder for household delivery.
