Sir, I am consumer of Ajmer Sahkari Upbhokta Wholesale Bhandar Ltd, Nasirabad Road, Ajmer having comsumer no 27251. I have booked refill on 10 or 11 november on phone. when i had not rercd. refill by 16-12, i contacted to agency. They told me that the booked refill have already been installed on 24.11.2011. I shocked that i had not received any refill in the month of november 11. There is no entry in my pass book.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and kindly arrange refill at your earliest.
