I have observed that phone when we are calling at gurukrupa agency karelibaug for gas cylinder delivery or any complain we have to call for 2 to 3 days or we have to go personely after getting a time from our busy schedule.

i understood that phone remain locked when there is large phone call but you must increase call line that is not a big problems for u.
