Complaint against agency

Sir i bought second cylinder at the nim gas agency situated at patel nagar second ghaziabad. on between june they forced to purchase the gas tube pipe with cylinder now i want to compalin that the pipe has to damaged and we caused the dangerous accident because of pipe burnt because of gas out turn now i went to agency to exchange the pipe but they are not giving any answer and said that they will not exchange the pipe.i want to exchange the pipe althouth i will goto customer court
