Delay in supplying refill gas even after 20 days waiting

Iam having DBC connection with VIRGAS Indane gas agency in west mambalam chennai-33. THe supply is not very punctual for the past six months. very irregular in supplying gas cylinders as we are facing acute shortage of indane gas cylinders. our main purpose is for cooking and as i am having double bottle connection they are supposed to supply gas cylinder as and when i use to place refill. This time i made a request for around 10th feb but till now they are not able to supply a cylinder. i feel some malpractices are going on and it is the right time to regulate the supply of indane gas cylinders for the consumers. I wish to say that i am registered with Indane gas agency (VIR GAS) as early as sometime 1980. For the past one year the agency is not able to meet the demands of its customers.
