Non supply of gas cylinde

I am a consumer of Indane gas consumer number 05722.

My dealer is Bagha Jatin Gas service, 31 Baroda Avenue, Kolkata 700084.

Of late no booking at dealers counter is accepted but through on line or throuth interective phone booking system.

I had on 30.05.11 booked gas through onterective vioce phone number 9088324365.

My registration with them is 3324620368,

My booking number is 222656 & memo number 16012

til date my cylinder is not delivered.

The dealer do not peck up the phone.

The dealer earned a reputation of frequent mis/non delivery of cylinder to the actual consumer.

Please record my complain and redress
