LEAKAGE OF CYLINDER

Sir,

M/S Shanti Indane, WZ-427, Sadh Nagar, Gali No. 18, New Delhi-48 has supplied a cylinder to me Consumer No. 15181 on 27 Jan and the same day the whole room started smelling badly. The vendor was contancted numerous time and they never lift the phone mentioned in their receipt bill. The cylinder is liking badly, what to do.
