Regarding non receipt of calls for booking for gas and also delay in delivery takes more than 10 days

I am facing regular problem in booking of LPG connection with Raj Gas Agency. Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. Either they donot pic calls or there network seems to be busy all the times. Also after booking they are taking more than 10 days for delivery. Which is directly the harrassment of the consumer. I want to bring into notice so that such type of irregularities may be avoided keeping in consumers intrest. So you are requested to remove this type of anomolies so that consumer should always be satisfied with their agencies.
