We refer to Termination Voucher No. 22316920000001 Dated 29-12, Issued by Balu Indane Gas Agency, No. 227, Pattukkottai Main Road, Adirampattinam, Thanjavur Dist. Pin-614 701.

Because of non-availability of the particulars (Data) in the system, the above mentioned our nearest gas agency M/s. Padma Gas Services, Chennai is not able to supply gas for my domestic purposes.

Therefore, I sincerely request you to make necessary arrangements to transfer my data to the concerned agency and thus enable me to receive the gas as soon as possible.
