Not a real company

Direct Van Lines may or may not be a real company. I made the mistake of hiring them to move my daughter from Oklahoma City to Denver and one week after the delivery date we still can't get a straight answer. They showed up in a Budget Rental Truck which should have been my first clue. The contract was different than the agreed price. The company rep I dealt with apparently no longer has a working number. The company website is "under construction." there are no working email addresses. The one person we have been able to talk first says the truck is loaded, then it's not, then it is but it's not his truck. Check these people out with Dept of Transportation.
