GAS CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED

Dear Sir,

My consumer no. 24019 (single cylinder connection). I booked for gas cylinder on 15-12, till date the same have not been delivered to me. I informed to the gas distributor " Nilshikha' (ph. no. 033 25641066) they said that the same will be delivered after 15 days from the booking date, but please inform me that there is any such rule for distribution. I am now in very pathetic situation. Please help me.
