I have booked a refill on 09-02 and not received till 11-03.(consumer no: ftt6713) Saheb Distributor/Parnashree

Distributors say: will be delieverd.

Booking of new cant be done untill and unless previous booking is completed

complain executive says: My complain No: 315125 and 323112 is resolved.

Now can anyone help me and adive what to do.
