Delay in delivery of LPG Cylinder and without checked cylinde

I got my Indane LPG Cylinder booked from Shanti Indane Gas Agency, Sadh Nagar Palam through Cousumer ID 17071 on 27.04.2011. I received the cylinder on 07.05.2011. Secondly, the weight of cylinder was not checked by the supply man while delivery.
