NON DELIVERY OF GAS IN DUE PERIOD AND MISBEHAVE BY Mr. Kunal

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Nanak Enterprises, Tower Chowk, Darbhanga, on telephone dt. 07.05.2011. My consumer number is D14423. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff Mr. Kunal had used filthy language against me. My house is near gas godown but I face same problem every month. No body take any action against their employee. At last i request you failing which i will take this matter to concern minister level. Because local administration is unable to take any action.
