Late delivery of reffiled cylinde

Dear sir

I am virendra singh my sv. no.is 115601400007082 and customer no. is 009289. my distribution branch is Rudrapur. On this centre there is no rules for distribution my last delivery date is 21 Aug. 2011. And next booking date is 12 nov. 2011. But after regular visit of distibution branch i hav not get the refilled cylinder till date. Being a employee really a tough job.

So kindely tell me how can get refilled cylinder on booking date. And there is no particular time for distribution. And it should be noted that on the behalf of abundant cylinder a needy person cant get while some person can pay more i.e. 500 or 600 and easily get. So please my humble request kindely short out my problem.
