Misuse/ Delay in supply

Dear service provider,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Sphurthy Gas Agency, (Indane Distributors, 1-8-140/2, Near Rly. Stn., Temple Alwal, Hyderabad, Secunderabad) and my consumer number is 1911226. I have booked for a refill over phone. They replied that they will distribute with in 10-15 days. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it has delivered and told me to contact driver who is supplying the cylinder if not delivered.

When I called again and again more than five times then they told within two days they will supply. But till now they did not supplied.

My 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing very badly.

Please look in to the matter immediately other wise told me to transfer my service provider. Now I am searching for other option that where the services is good.

This is the think not only happen for me but my friends are also facing the same problem with same agency.

Please take necessary action as early as possible other wise peoples will loose credibility with Indane gas.
