Dear Sir,

Not given double cylinder

My gas consumer No is 366460, And on name of Babubhai Surabhai Makwana; I have single cylinder connection but now my family has grown and requirement also increases. Since year, we are waiting for a double cylinder connection at our residence (Salt Colony, Quarter D-1, Behind Central Salt, Block 1, Bhavnagar) but we were told that its uncertain when we will receive that and there is no supply for double cylinder in that particular area. Several time my self and my wife went to Shri Sahakari Hat Madhyast Bhandar Limited gas agency Bhavnagar, but supplier is not giving me second cylinder. They are giving only date but next date. He will say that come next month. very difficult to manage with one cylinder. Our repeated pleas to the Distributor authorities has fallen in deaf ears. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had not given proper answer for that. We request you to do needful & provide me second cylinder.
