Delivery after huge time of booking

Dear Sir,

I had booked a Inden Gas Cylinder against my consumer/connection No. SH-18355 with M/s Sahi Automobiles, Delhi Cantt, Delhi on 24-11. But the cylinder was not delivered till yesterday i.e. 08-12. I was made repeated reminders to the agency but there was no any response till 07-12. I was again called on yesterday (08-12-09) they told that the cylinder is already delivered to my premises after few days of booking date, then after I am request to them regarding non delivered the gas they told we have check and send if not delivered. This type of problem happen time to time. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
