Cylinder not Delivering

Dear Inden Concern,

Request you to please take the necessary action if you bother the customer complain, most of the month I am facing Cylinder delivery problem, after booking my distributor will take at least 25 to 35 days time to deliver the cylinder, they are not receiving any phone call and also the most of the time on one present in the distribution center (Gas Office) even they are also not receiving the Emergency Contact number in case of GAS Leakage. Can anybody justify why it is too delayed? Is it the Inden Gas Business Policy?
