Delay Gas Service

Indequip Ltd (07925464208, )the gas cylender delivere is not supply for the consumer. Because he is supply for more amount paid peoples.i was booked my gas cylender on 07/02, till complaind date i did not recieve the cylender, (26/02) When I contact 24th February they promise me to delivere gas cylender same day after this i contact on the dt 25/02 they told me that your gas cylender delivered on dt 16/02.Then again I call up 25th Feb at @3.00pm at head office (07926468361) Law Garden Ahmedabad, they told me today you got but they not send me. Again I call up 25th February 5.00pm they told me your booking date is 24th Feb and told me 15 or 20 day you got gas. deleivery man often black marketing consumers gas cylender. I was fed up this issue. please help me.

They are regulerly irresponsible for the customer to give the service on the time that i m complaint to u.

Regarding to this letter please take a necessary action for the neglinence of the consumer.
