I was supposed to receive a speed post last month. It had booked at Karimpany post office kottayam, kerala, Pin :686564 to theaddress given below on 28/11/09

But this post is not delivered to above mension address yet.(Speed post no. EL 59423707 2 IN)..and I am able to track it... It is showing that it reached at devanahalli by 1/12/09..I don't know what happened to this post after that..

.It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately
