DEAR SIR/Ma'am

I ordered a boquet of flowers to be deliverd on my frieds b'day in mid night on 5th march. I PAID RS 1423 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT (ONLINE PAYMENT). BUT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERD.they told me that they will refund in 2-3 days.but they don't refund.whenever call there the lady talks so rudely. I hav mailed them also but no body has courtsey to revert back.whenever i call there they say that we'll refund in 2-3 days.my order no is... cart-30266547... it was for malviya nagar...
