We purchased a Mahindra Scorpio vehicle from India Garage showroom. We had a delivery at 4pm. We reached there on time. Our Sales representative was missing for the next 15 minutes, which is still bearable. After a long wait, they offered us coffee to kill further 30 minutes. Then there was some minor paperwork, after which the car features were explained. Then we realised that the rear wiper was not working. And this is after the car passed the quality checks! They replaced the fuse, it didnt work. Finally they replaced the wiper, taking it from another scorpio parked next to ours. It started working finally. But we spent almost 2 hours for delivery. Worst part being that you realising your new car has issue with the wiper right during delivery. What kind of quality checks does Mahindra do? The finishing of the car is still worst, with some interiors (below the window) requiring some glue work etc. Blame Mahindra or Blame the vendor! But it makes you decide two things! Never go for a Mahindra vehicle! Never take service from India Garage!
