Non Delivery of Consignment

We booked a parcel containing medical equipment for one of our customers M/s. Kailash Surgicals Pvt. Ltd., Ranchi (Jharkhand) through M/s. DTDC Courier from a franchise under their Vijay Nagar, Delhi-9 branch office vide Docket No. Z36325922 dt. 11-June, which was later changed to Docket No. D05914484 dt. 12/06 for the reason best known to them only. This parcel has not reached the consignee till date. Online tracking reveals the the packet is stuffed at Saharsa (Bihar) one day and Kolkata other day.

We have been desperately trying to contact DTDC Courier for whereabouts of the consignment but every time they come out with unacceptable lame excuses. This unprofessional and unethical approach of DTDC may cost us business relations with this customer.

This is for your necessary action in this matter.
