Dear Sir,

This is complaint against your staff sitting a reservation counter on 19/10 around 8:00AM at anandnagar station. When I reach to the counter at6:00clock am and i m frist persan for tatkal ticket. after oppening a windoo ur staff not mack my tatkal ticket ur staff [name mr.shual] he make ticket from in side some polish man seat in side after 5 min ur staff told me the seat will full no room in 3ac and told me make a ticket in sl cotach i told him whean i m the frist persan on ur counter than why u make a ticket from in side he scolding me.
