BEST BUS- HIT AND RUN CASE

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my car was hit by a BEST bus running through Bandra West Hill Road towards Bandra station road at 8: 15 PM on October 29. The car was hit just before the 'Globus' store signal. There was a car ahead of our car and we were unable to move forward. The BEST Bus driver who was in a hurry just hit our car and moved forward. Since the bus moved ahead very fast and we were in a state of shock the registration number of the bus was partially noted by us. The number is MH 01 5517. We would request you to take appropriate action in the case so that the same kind of incident would not be repeated. The approximate cost of getting our car repaired would be Rs 30000/- . Please inform me whether I would be eligible for any kind of claim regarding this matter.
