Owing to the recent strike by Indian Airlines, My Bhopal - Mumbai flight was cancelled on 3rd of May. The IA official at the airport gave us the confirmation that entire amount shall be refunded. Even after multiple follow ups still havent recieved any amount though. Pls guide me to the correct authorities, I want to drag these buggers to court.
Alternative flight to jet cost us 15000 Rs.
