Valid TICKET issued, but not allowed to board the flight

14th october flight no IC269 of Indian airlines booking with PNR: FLCGBR.

I was not allowed to board the flight, and was asked to get full refund from my travel agency. I had to pay extra money for another flight, which was late night, and the job for which i was going, got delayed, and i had to suffer monetary loss.

The travel agents also did not retun the full amount, they deducted their service charges.
