Efund of ticket upholed by them on fake grounds

For 7th of may I have booked tickets from aforesaid airline for delhi- ahmedabad, three tickets and that flight got cancelled by the airline itself. now I am trying to get the refund of the tickets but airlines giving me the fake reasons that that ticket is used though indian airlines itself has stamped cancelled on my tickets and aforesaid is submitted as per the procedure. It is been long chase that no body is responding to my mails and give phony reasons on the phone they sound so proud by saying our system is showing fault and it will take upto four months to get the refund.

Now my complaint is this is totally unfair with the customer. I would be pleased if there is somebody who care that govt. organizations behave in such a manner.
