VIP luggage lost

Dear Sir,

I travelled from Kolkata (CCU) to Muscat (MCT) via Delhi on dated 17 nov 11. At kolkatta i have booked 4 nos baggage from CCU to MCT but at Muscat arrival i found one missing details are as below:

1) Complaint booked at Muscat airport File ref: MCTAI 14746 / 17NOV11/1911GMT

2) NAME: MUKHERJEE/PAYELM

3) FLIGHT DETAILS: AI761/17NOV / AI973 / 17NOV

4) MISSING NO OF BAGS: 1

5) TKT NO: 0985126159869C2

6) BAe sectGE COL /TYPE: BKO1XXX

7) TAG NO: AI780314/SEQ NO 34/ MUKHERJEE/ PAYELM 4/71 MUSCAT CCU

please take action immediately as i am in trouble at outstation.

Insted of sevel phone call to Muscat (Oman) and in India Delhi Luggag section they are not lifting phone. If they receive also they are telling luggage not received yet.

Now in this condition what to do??? Shall i get my luggage back or any compensation anything...
