Web ticketing issue

I had made purchase of 4 nos ticket using Indian Airlines web site on May 21. for travelling on May 26 th Indian Air flight Mum - TVM. The fare paid was Rs 5863 x 4 = 23, 452.

I reached the airport and to my disbelief, the check in told me the PNR is invalid and i have to make a new purchase.

Out of no choice, i have to make new purchase, now at new rate of Rs 7035 x 4 = 28140

I had no choice as it was mid night at airport and as usual the counter guys was typical government like.

I made the purchase and travelled and complained to Indian Air help line.

They are saying they will refund to me the original amount only.

They accept that its an error from the ticketing side. but still is not willing to refund the addditional amount.

how do i proceed with this case.
