Terrible experience at airport

I was returning from Kolkata on 9.5.10 from kolkata to Delhi by air by Spicejet flight scheduled at 12.45 PM.

The horroble dirty state of affairs of the airport and lavoratories at the airport prevented me from using those. They were even bad than even railway stations. I had to spend the entire journy in distress.

When AAI takes so much money from us for each ticket we buy. I think They should provide reasonably better services or should not take/ returm me my service taxes.
