I booked Eticket on 27/12 by garibrath from yeswantpur to secendrabad vide pnr no4436676896 for self and wife. Before booking i checked therewere 369 berths available. I requested for lower and middle but was allotted both middle without considering my age. i am 69yr old .when sufficient berths are available why not the software be developed in such a way the prefered berths should be allotted cosidering the age and the gender.
