Delavery Boy Asking 20 Rs Extra on Bill

Dear Sir,

I had registered at Rashmi Gas Agency, Bangalore.

My Customer ID - 36348

Today delivery boy come to my home to deliverd th GAS.

But As per Bill Rs. 361/- is payable But Delivery boy asking 20 rs extra

Such that 381/-

We not give him 20/- Extra so he not made delivery.and bringback the cylender.

is there any clause to pay him extra then suggest me.

other wise tell to Rashmi gas agency to make delivery immediately.
