Very worst service

Hi,

Today i went to my gas agency to get my gas refilled, i went at areound 1:40 pm becouse between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm the agency is closed for lunch time but after reaching their, i tried to get my gas booked which i could not becouse the office staff said that they have just started their lunch and so i have to wait.

even security gaurd at the entrence asked me to wait outside for an half an hour, then i tried calling dealer & he responded that he will check and get the things done for me, which after a while he did.

This was the fourth time and luckly i got through.

I would request that their should be regular check from company end to meet costumer requirements as the service at BADAL AGENCY Vashi are gone bad to worst.
