No delivery Gas Cylinder/not pick phone

I submit to complaint to K2 international Gass Agency i booked gas by tomo e service time 25/02/10 16:30 but today 05-03-10 after 8 days have no receved gas cliynlder . and than i m trying some time so dont pick phone there side . my id no. 11443 - Mr Ramesh Chand . so plz take
