Booked gas on 7th of Sept and still not delivered

We booked a gas on 7/09 from M/s Kandharfi Gas A-63/00, Sec 02 (32mt) Rohini, Delhi -1100855 Ph 27519710, 65155303 (Indian Gas Agency) and today is 14/09 ansd still we havent receive the cylinder yet. The consumer number is KH 43069 . We are facing a lot of problem we have to hire gas from ohter agency at higher rates. They have lot of gas cylinder in stock but the common people are suffering. So, I want to highlight this prolem and necessary actions to be taken against them.
