Delivery of Cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam

Required your attention on Delivery on gas Cylinder in time because if we are booking our Gas on after 23 days, why agency people are delivering the same after 20or 21 days. it is difficult to manage with one cylinder for 40 days in a month.

Request to do something on this mail already sent to indiangas. detail is below.

Dear Sir,

As i have already mailed you on 7 Oct regarding Complaint but till date i have not recieved any response from your end. and now i just wanted to clear one thing that if i have two Cylinder, i can booked other cylinder only after 22 or 23 days and that cylinder could be delivered in next 24 hour but it is not happening we are waiting from last 15 days from the date of booking still not get cylinder.

So kindly request you to look into the matter and solve as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

As i am using the services of the above said Gas agency at Kalyanpur which is now not useful anymore for us because agency people or the person who is delivering the Gas at home doing some unauthorised things like they are taking some gas from cylinder and fill another cylinder because of that that particular cylinder is working only 15 days which i was using before 28-30 days but now because of these things we are facing lots of problem not only me so many other people are facing the same problem even we went at your office for clarification they simply told that all these things coming from INDIAN OIL they can't do anything in this regards.

Kindly request you to do the needful in this regards
