New connection

I need a new gas connection when i visited Shakti gas agency for it. They told me to book new connection it is necessary to buy stove from them.alongwithit they told me that a envelope is also required so that in near future the confirmation letter can be send.

I m shocked to hear that such a big company has this type of policy.its a shameful act of indian gas company
