Non delivery of gas after booking

Hi

I m a residence of shiv puri najafgarh new delhi and costumer of shanti gas agency n my consumer no is 12884.This is regarding booking of my gas on 29/7, but yet not deliverd till date after contacting them they informing that the gas has been delivered to booking address. I request ur good office to take stick action againt the agency for giving us the fake information
