Complaint for badservices and blackmarketting by kailash gas agency Madhupu

Dear sir

My name is TRILOK KAPOOR.I am consumer of kailash gas agency Madhupur and my consumer no 7382.my complaints is that blackmarketting of gas cylinder by kailash gas agency Madhupur.therefor i have to face lots of probelem.last month on 24 NOV.I had booked a cylinder with kailash gas agency madhupur.but till date it is not delivered, they are telling it will come today and tommorow but nothing happaing.please sir take action for it.
