Not full fill of Gas delivered at home

Dear Sir,

I am u r regular costumer but u r not given the better response.you are not full fill his promise like reaching the gas cylinder in ours village Patouli. Patouli's service day is ever month of 21st but 2 month has been left. your workers has not been given any kind of service and any kind of information about gas cylinders. Our villagers are facing the huge problems without gas.

So I request that kindly take any action for this complaint earliest please other wise we will be your complete perusal on the D M if your not full fill his promise.
