Leakage in cylinde

Leakage in cylider basically i have booked my cylinder ten days back and they delivered it 5 days back unfortunatily the cylinder has some leakage at the time of delivery smell is not coming but after few hours it started smeeling at that time i called to gas agency as per them they told me cylinder will change next 3 to 4 days but till now no action has been taken again i have called today for this they saying i will take 3 to 4 days the problem is toatal number of days when i complain 7 days and leakage is going on so requesting to you pls short out my problem.(DG NO - DG12288)
