Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 77, Ward No 4, Mahrauli-New Delhi - 30, and user of Indian gas. In our area SAI SEWA ENTERPRISES is authorized for Indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) distribution. Our consumer no. is 15354.

I regret to inform that I have booked the gas 10 to 15 days before. Today is (30.11.2010) and I have not received the Cylinder. I have to pay double amount to buy the Cylinder from local people.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and make the services smooth. It is difficult for woman to run from pillar to post in the absence of cooking fuel needlessly.
