Delay in delivery

Respected Sir / Madam,

We had booked our Gas Cylinder on 29th January, 12 with M/s Sri Ram Gas Agencies. Till now we have not received the Cylinder and non of the numbers of the gas agency is not working.

Details are as follows:

Reference No.. 210390

On 5th March, 12 I received an SMS stating " Dear Inande Customer, against your refill booking 210390, cash memo 158 generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly" but till now we have not received the same.
