Delay in delivery of Additional Cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. S.Kuttalam, a LPG gas consumer, dealing with M/s

Pattammal Gas Agencies, Indane Distributors, Mudichur Road, West

Tambaram service, who are the distibutors of my area. My consumber

No.is 55458 under the category Domestic-Single. I requested for an

additional cylinder (Double Cylinder) on this connection for my

immediate personal demands. I registered for this transfer on

17/09 with Transfer Suscription Voucher No.41176050001070. I have

not received any response regarding this from Patammal Agencies for

the past 4 months. I have been provided with the first supply of

cylinder and after that, the addiional supply gets very delayed.

It is also observed that the delivery of gas cylinders are also

worstened. I regret to inform you that I am getting delivery of Gas

cylinders after almost 45 days. I have to do follow up even after

booking for almost five times.

I kindly request you to look into this and curb the problem at the earliest.
