Delay in delivery of indane gas

DELAY IN DELVERY

MY CONSUMER No: LT 4389 DEALER Anirudha Gas Seva, Road No.-1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16 Bihar. I BOOKED LPG, MY ORDER No: 1147 DATED 05/03.

TILL DATE i.e. 12/03 the order is not executed, although we have contacted them three times in between this period and every time they assured to deliver next day. unfortunately the delivery did not materialised till today i.e. 12/03 at 5.00PM. My distributor always ignores his bonafide consumer and weigtage only V.I.Ps and blackmarketer like small gas shopkeeper, hotel owner etc. Last month vendor of gas agency came after loging the complaint and slip of gas given to me after three days later from issuing
