I study in panjab university, chandigarh .i visited the indian oil petrol pump in sector 15 chandigarh .i asked for Rs. 200/- worth petrol and i kept a constant watch on the meter then suddenly a salesperson came, and tried to distract my attention by asking me if i want the bill or if i have given the money.during this time the sales person who was filling the tank punched the button (which is used to reset the machine to 0 value) & the reading jumped to Rs 200... after talking about the episode to my friends i realized that fellow is cheating everybody... this is purely day light robbery.please take some action...
