Non-delivery of cylinde

I am a consumer of M/S Anirudha Gas Sewa, Rd. No. 1, Rajendranagar Patna bearing consumer No. LT 4389 (single cylinder).. I had booked for refili on10.08.10 vide no. 3170. but till today gas agency not supply filled refill when i query for this they told that gas truck not reached/ supply of gas interrupted/stopped by gas company. not today they always told anything in everymonth to consumer and sold cylinder to hotel owner etc in higher price. Please take necessary action againt gas agency and arrange to delivry my cylinder.
