Denial of rental ca

I had reserved on phone with this rental car company for an SUV Mahidra Scorpio on Septemper mid week for use of rental service commencing on Dec 13 th to be delivered at Cochin airport.the reservation was confirmed by Jose of this company propriter as OK

I made multiple calls from US to make sure the booking is in place.

Finally the day before I was leaving from US the proprieter asked me to contact his partner for renting the as he is not in a postion to provide the car.

All these months I always talked to the proprieter whose name was given as Jose and he never told me till the last day that he is not in a postion to provide rental car.

So beware of these folks who is doing an uprofessional and dishonest bussiness
